They could have Cited Rayshard Brooks, turned him over to a family member and had him come to court. The handcuffs and jails are so overused, some people think those are "mandatory." Garret Rolfe could have cited Rayshard Brooks, and Brooks would still be alive. His adherence to Zionist "Anti-Terrorism Training" and slapping cuffs on (like in Zionist Hollywood TV shows resulted in Rayshard's sad death. What type of heartless Cops would choose to put someone in a COVID-19-infested jail when writing a written Citation would suffice?
